Ken “KC” Conn began his career in the pawn and jewelry industry in 1992 after working offshore in Louisiana. He learned the business from the ground up with family friends at Biloxi Pawn & Auto before becoming general manager of its sister store, Edgewater Pawn & Jewelry in Biloxi.

While advancing his career, Ken pursued professional jewelry education through the Gemological Institute of America in New York, earning multiple certifications including Accredited Jewelry Professional and Applied Jewelry Professional credentials, plus specialized education in jewelry appraisal, ethics, and law.
In 2002, Ken hosted Cajun in the City, the first Cajun cooking TV show filmed in New York City, airing three seasons to over 2.5 million weekly viewers; he's currently CEO of Justin Wilson Southern Products.
In 2004, Ken joined Gem Financial Services, a 26-location pawnbroking company in NYC, as Executive Director of Training, later becoming the company's first Director of Human Resources overseeing roughly 250 employees.
After returning to the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Ken and his partners opened Triple Diamond Pawn & Jewelry, Inc. in 2016. With 30+ years of experience, he serves as pawnbroker, staff gemologist, senior appraiser, and Mississippi Notary Public. He is Vice President of the Mississippi Pawnbrokers Association (2026 Pawnbroker of the Year), serves on the Board of the D'Iberville–St. Martin Area Chamber of Commerce, and volunteers as an ambassador for the Ocean Springs Chamber of Commerce–Main Street–Tourism Bureau.
